❗ Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an address error occurs:

  • We will attempt to update it before the order is shipped

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees


📌 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Soul Sent is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
